Our customer service team is available from the moment you purchase and receive your Dot Photobooth®. We can be contacted throughout the week (often times Saturday-Sunday) to assist with your questions by telephone or email.
The Dot Photobooth® is made per order. Once the order is received, production on your booth starts. Black or White ABS cases have a standard two-three (2-3) week delivery. Custom case colors/configurations take approximately two (2) additional weeks. Additional delivery time may be required for all International orders.
When fabrication is completed, a courier tracking number will be emailed for reference and follow up.
The Dot Photobooth®’s are custom fabricated, refunds and returns are not offered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The multi-touch screen monitor comes with 3-Year manufacturer's warranty. The custom Windows 7/8 computer system with 64-Bit platform comes with a 1-Year manufacturer's warranty. All other electronic components supported come with 1-Year manufacturer's warranty.
